Will my soap look exactly like the photo?
I do my best to accurately photograph every product so that colors and design details are precise. Due to the nature of hand crafted products, please expect slight variations.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Alma Sōl does not currently offer wholesale, but plan to in the near future. Please contact me and I will get in touch once our wholesaling program is available.
Do you charge sales tax?
Alma Sol LLC is required to charge 6.875% sales tax for purchases made in the state of Minnesota.
What form of payment do you accept?
All credit / debit cards are accepted via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Venmo. Amazon Pay is not currently available, but will be soon.
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed in a window of 1-2 business days. I will always notify you if there is a change in processing time.
I ship via USPS. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information and are responsible for tracking your own shipment. Alma Sōl is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. Make sure you have put in the correct shipping address at checkout. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR SHIPMENT: If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, I cannot file a claim with the USPS. That is out of my hands and should be handled by the customer directly with USPS. As a result, I will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me.
Multiple orders can be consolidated into one order (shipping overages will be refunded) but only before the order has shipped.
Shipping costs: While I cannot control the rates established by USPS for shipping, I will do my best to find the cheapest shipping solution for you. If I find a better and more economic way to ship, I will reimburse the shipping difference to you.
International shipping: Unfortunately Alma Sōl does not offer international shipping at this time.
What’s the cancellation and refund policy?
Because of the nature of the product, I do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Alma Sōl reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order.
Scent preference: No refunds will be given based on scent preference. I do my best with scent descriptions. All essential oils are calculated into recipes within IFRA standards. Also note, unscented soaps may also have a slight scent due to the ingredients used in our recipes. No added essential oils are added to the fragrance free soaps.
Allergies: All ingredients are detailed on every listing and on the label of each bar. While I am very clear about the ingredients I use, it is up to the consumer to do their research and decide what works best for them as they would with any other product they purchase for personal use. Alma Sōl will not accept returns or refunds based on allergic reactions. Please speak with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and/or while nursing.
