After three years of struggling to get and stay pregnant, I knew there was more I could be doing to support my body in the journey to have a baby and I dove deep into the research. I learned valuable information that everyone needs to know! I don’t want anyone to feel as isolated and lonely as I did during that time.
I’m here to share my story of loss and growth and all that I’ve learned. If you’ve had any struggles with infertility or loss, you’re not alone. And if you’ve been fortunate enough to have healthy, easy pregnancies, I think you’ll enjoy everything I’ve learned about nutrition and fitness on my postpartum journey.
Before we decided to start a family, I had been a little curious about clean living. A toxin-free life. Whatever you’d like to call it. I’d experimented with handmade projects like making cleaning supplies and I was always thrilled to come across handmade soap in shops. I even went off my birth control for 6 months before we started trying for a baby “just in case”. After my first devastating miscarriage, hoping it would be my last, I went heavy into learning about the world of wellness and fertility. I’m fascinated by the research and translating it into practical advice.
